Sparse invitation update. At least one top-level field is required; each supplied seed object is a complete atomic replacement.

seedQuota	components.ClusterInviteSeedQuota	➖	API request quota to apply when the invitation is accepted. All fields are required when seedQuota is supplied. Enabling requires non-null period and max; when disabled, period and max must either both be null or both be valid.
seedCompute	components.ClusterInviteSeedCompute	➖	Compute policy to apply when the invitation is accepted. All fields are required when seedCompute is supplied. A null limit is unlimited and zero blocks new resources.
seedBudget	components.ClusterInviteSeedBudget	➖	Cluster-owned organization spend limit applied before invitation acceptance commits. Uses the cluster pricing currency and blocks new requests at 100% of the limit. All fields are required when supplied. Enabling requires a positive finite limit and non-null period; when disabled, period and limit must both be null or both be valid. Existing budgeting outage and in-flight-request behavior still applies.
